Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Orlando, Florida (minimum three days per week in office)

What you will do
- Support Salesforce administration including field creation, layout updates, and mass data manipulation via Data Loader.
- Manage the project lifecycle by gathering requirements, documenting business needs, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Act as the first level of support for Salesforce and operational inquiries from supported departments.
- Own and support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of third-party products.
- Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to improve business visibility and efficiency for leadership.
- Lead user enablement, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce with exposure to sales or operational processes.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Experience with data management, reporting tools, dashboards, and business process documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data integrity.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for requirement gathering and coordination.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce Business Analyst or related Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Lucidchart.
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
