What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Synthesize data from commercial and operational systems to provide a unified view of business performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and maintain consistent metric definitions.
• Create repeatable reporting outputs and summaries that enable teams to answer their own questions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows, prompt patterns, and lightweight automations.
• Communicate complex data stories effectively to diverse stakeholders including CROs and CFOs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an analyst, strategy, or consulting role.
• Fluency in at least two domains: commercial, financial, or operational analysis.
• AI-native working style with practical experience using LLMs for analysis.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt framing for different executive audiences.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Experience with experiment design, attribution, or operational modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
