Reverse Logistics Analyst (Solar Energy)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Rocklin, California headquarters; applicants must be located within the continental United States and able to work onsite on scheduled hybrid days.

Hourly pay: $32.00–$33.50 per hour, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships, monitor outbound shipments, track KPIs, and coordinate expectations with third-party logistics and service partners.
• Lead vendor meetings and train SMA service partners on logistics procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate outbound material activities with planning, purchasing, transportation, field service, and regional teams.
• Support annual inventory counts for field technicians, service technicians, service providers, storage locations, and connexes.
• Enter and validate data in SAP using Salesforce reports, emails, and submitted forms; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly reports covering KPIs, RMA returns, and inventory consumption, while maintaining procedures and technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of procurement, warehousing, transportation, and broader supply chain functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Rocklin headquarters on scheduled hybrid days.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience supporting field service, spare parts operations, or third-party logistics providers.
