Project Manager (Supplier Relationship & Resilience) (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Establish, maintain, and actively manage supplier relationship management activities.
• Analyze supply chain de-risking activities and benchmark practices across Gas Services.
• Drive process improvements and harmonization with the Orion project team.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and supply chain risk-mitigation actions with procurement, finance, engineering, and project management teams.
• Increase data-driven decision-making through integrated supply chain tools and AI.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation actions with quality, procurement, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Project management skills and understanding of the supply chain value chain from sales and engineering through procurement.
• 5+ years of professional experience in complex project management, financial analysis, procurement, or a comparable environment.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, influencing, and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and deliver targets on time and within budget.
• Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.
