What you will do

• Translate commercial strategies into effective product supply strategies.
• Manage supply network operations to ensure products reach stores in the right quantities, at the right time, and with consistent quality.
• Drive efficiency and help minimize the environmental footprint of the supply chain.
• Make complex operational decisions using available data and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with diverse multifunctional teams and manage relationships across regional and global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results, completed before starting the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership drive, and a passion for supply chain management.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups while demonstrating creativity, initiative, and operational discipline.
• Proficient written and spoken German and English.
• Strong Office skills and digital literacy; experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, KNIME, or SAP is advantageous.

• Short work experience, internships, or studies abroad.
