Working Student Vendor Management

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid, with 60% of working time in the office and 40% at home

Salary: €16 per hour

What you will do

• Support the promotion and marketing calendar based on vendor objectives and the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor promotional implementations in stores and communicate with shops about missing or incorrect execution.
• Track and analyze the performance of promotion and marketing activities.
• Prepare monthly data reporting and basic digital insights.
• Review product listings, identify gaps in vendor offerings, and support basic logistical tasks.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and vendor activations to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student for at least six more months in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week for six months.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication, analytical, strategic, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
