Location: Hybrid (Europe). Must be based in Europe with a hybrid model requiring occasional office presence.

Salary: €74,000 – €110,000 EUR

What you will do

• Develop and maintain metrics to track product performance and support efficiency.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate product and tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to set Key Results and targets.
• Build maintainable analytical workflows using SQL and Python.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, including A/B testing, regression, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to balance analytical depth with business impact in a fast-paced environment.
