What you will do

• Review data work company-wide to catch shaky reasoning and unsupported conclusions before major decisions are made.
• Build automated test datasets and reusable guardrails to scale quality controls across the organization.
• Own complex, high-stakes analytical projects from start to finish.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and governance for global operations.
• Mentor non-technical teams, particularly Editorial, on responsible AI usage and data literacy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data quality roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for reading, debugging, and optimizing code.
• Solid grounding in statistics and a sharp QA instinct for identifying methodology errors and edge cases.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and automated data tools.
• Fluency in English is essential.

• Hands-on experience with GCP cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n.
