What you will do

• Drive critical commercial decisions by transforming raw data into actionable strategic insights.
• Architect robust KPI frameworks and tools to assess business health and monitor performance trends.
• Build and optimize predictive machine learning models to identify behavioral drivers and revenue opportunities.
• Translate complex technical findings into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define global data standards and consumption guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a decision enablement role within technology-driven consumer companies.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools including Python, SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau.
• Experience with advanced modeling techniques such as anomaly detection, counterfactual modeling, and classification.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including CRM, paid search, and social media.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
