What you will do

• Monitor LiveOps performance to identify risks and opportunities in event cycles and feature rollouts.
• Analyze in-game economy, resource inflation, and progression friction to balance fairness and revenue.
• Design and measure A/B tests for monetization features, quantifying uplift and cannibalization.
• Track full-funnel monetization KPIs from acquisition to offer performance.
• Build self-serve Power BI dashboards to support fast decision-making during operations.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to refine KPI definitions and tracking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in F2P game or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, window functions, and cohort analysis.
• Solid understanding of statistical experiment design and significance.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of F2P concepts such as LTV, payer lifecycle, and price elasticity.
• English: C1 or fluent (Company language is English)

• Experience using Python in an analytical context.
• Familiarity with AI assistants like Claude.
