What you will do

• Manage subscription processes and operational platforms across a variety of alternative investment products.
• Resolve issues related to account opening, maintenance, and client onboarding.
• Conduct quarterly compliance reviews of marketing materials and support the annual RFI process.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and invoices, and update the company Intranet and educational materials.
• Provide timely and accurate operational responses to Financial Advisors and their assistants.
• Participate in ad hoc business research and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or project management within the financial services industry.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify under FINRA.
• Knowledge of alternative investment funds and related operational terminology.
• Thorough understanding of FINRA/SEC rules and regulations.
• Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses at the time of application.
