TL;DR

Location: On-site in Seattle, WA

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Set the strategic direction for the firm’s advisor transition program to align with business objectives.
  • Establish standardized transition policies and frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Technology departments to translate requirements into practical standards.
  • Act as a senior subject-matter expert for complex books of business and high-visibility transitions.
  • Design and evolve transition operating models, tools, and documentation to support scaling.
  • Mentor the Transition Manager and implement process improvements through technology.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7/66 or 63/65 required; Series 9/10 preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Financial Advisor transitions in wealth management, broker-dealer, or RIA environments.
  • Deep understanding of FINRA, SEC, Reg BI, and DOL regulatory and supervisory requirements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15%.
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leadership and advisors.
