What you will do

• Create, book, and track commission invoices and payments for Americas-based operations.
• Manage the Global Commission Database and a Yearly Projected Commission Pipeline Database.
• Coordinate the invoicing and transfer of international commission funds.
• Prepare deal-related documentation required for acceptance by Revenue Accountants.
• Collaborate with internal Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams.
• Review and approve a high volume of transactions across multiple regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of lease language, CAM reconciliation, insurance, and real estate taxes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CoStar Real Estate Manager.
• Advanced financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills.
• Ability to manage and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously.
