TL;DR

Channel Account Executive MSP (Cybersecurity): Managing and growing MSP partnerships to drive revenue growth and adoption of MDR and security solutions with an accent on strategic business planning and C-level relationship management. Focus on developing joint business plans, optimizing partner profitability, and coordinating cross-functional resources to exceed sales quotas.

What you will do

  • Develop relationships across partner organizations to drive revenue growth and profitability for MSP and MDR services.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to identify incremental opportunities and deliver outstanding growth.
  • Utilize data analysis to provide strategic insights that drive customer adoption and business recommendations.
  • Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, collaborating with sales engineers and wider teams.
  • Manage frequent joint business reviews and planning processes using KPIs and SMART goals.
  • Coordinate hirify.global' internal resources, including product management and marketing, to meet partner performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management within South Europe.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience developing business plans and service offerings specifically with MSPs.
  • Knowledge of RMM/PSA platforms and their commercial integration models.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Business level).
  • Fluent spoken and written French (Business level).
  • Legal authorization to work in France without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of the Cyber Security market and industry landscape.
  • Experience executing defined business and account plans.
  • Ability to analyze annual reports and investment decision-making fundamentals.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including acquisition, development, and retention.
