What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of SDEs, PMs, BIEs, and Data Engineers to optimize transportation network configurations.
• Design and build large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Drive initiatives for automation, validation, and auditing of transportation and sortation data.
• Partner with global technology partners to transform business processes and ensure long-term scalability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive planning activities for technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering team management and leadership.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
• Technical expertise in building extensible and scalable solutions using AWS technologies.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, or TPU.
• Strong track record in recruiting, hiring, and coaching software engineers.
• Experience communicating technical designs and product strategy to senior leadership.
