What you will do

• Lead the engineering team for the SaaS Insights product, defining and executing the product roadmap.
• Drive strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities using agentic AI and LLMs.
• Champion AI adoption across engineering to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on roadmap, customer feedback, and platform integration.
• Ensure architecture correctness, scalability, modularity, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and grow a top-tier engineering team and enforce quality milestone gates.

Requirements

• On-site work in Sunnyvale, United States.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience managing 10+ engineers globally.
• Proven experience building scalable, cloud-native SaaS enterprise products.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML system design, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, containerization, orchestration, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP, PCI) is highly desired.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
