Engineering Manager, Dedicated Integrations

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead the Dedicated Platform Integration team responsible for third-party and modular integrations across the hirify.global Dedicated ecosystem.
• Partner with the Product Manager to deliver work with high quality and speed while prioritizing impact, risk, and technical debt.
• Own platform availability, security, scalability, and self-service production operations for feature implementers.
• Automate operational toil and establish strong DevOps ownership, incident management, escalation, and resolution practices.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing, accountable team members.
• Use AI, proof of concepts, data, and clear technical communication to simplify complex decisions and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Experience building and owning large-scale distributed services, with sufficient technical depth to guide architecture and technical strategy.
• Experience operating services at four-nines availability or equivalent SLOs; the role targets 3+ nines availability for Dedicated infrastructure.
• Experience using AI tooling to improve team productivity, including lessons learned from successful and unsuccessful implementations.
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing, accountable engineering teams.
• Ability to drive complex projects to completion without relying on a dedicated Technical Program Manager.
• Experience effectively leading distributed and remote teams.
