About the Role

You will ensure 24x7 continuous operation and security of critical infrastructure, perform routine and preventive maintenance, oversee on site Datacenter Technicians, and coordinate with on site teams to maintain assets and facilities and keep everything safe and functional.

Requirements

• A technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
• 5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
• Comfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting HVAC plumbing construction security and fire protection are preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance is desired but can be acquired

Responsibilities

• Oversee all personnel at the facilities including hiring discipline and assessment and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ensure facility performance with emphasis on uptime and production.
• Manage maintenance construction repair and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties.
• Implement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings grounds and equipment.
• Monitor daily building operations of mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC safety and waste management for reliability.
• Track work orders for quality adherence to service standards and budgeted guidelines.
• Obtain and maintain certification to operate equipment such as forklifts and personal lifts.
• Communicate effectively with interdepartmental staff.
• Manage relationships with third party partners and vendors for day to day operations.
• Protect sensitive and confidential information about the company and its clients partners and vendors.
• Regularly use ladders step stools power tools and hand tools.
• Use internal software to track record communicate diagnose and operate hardware or client owned hardware.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting management and installation.
• Lift up to 55lbs moving miners and other equipment used to service miners.
• Operate electrical breakers up to 480V.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
