Salary: $95,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians in daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement operational best practices to maximize facility efficiency and uptime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and service delivery.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of physical infrastructure and equipment.
• Respond to and resolve technical emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kenilworth, NJ.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information.
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency with Linux and experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco IOS or Juniper JunOS.
• CompTIA Server+ or Network+ certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
