Salary: $65,000 – $83,000

What you will do

• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and perform physical repairs to ensure service availability.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures to optimize reliability.
• Develop scripts using Python and Bash to update server and networking hardware.
• Assemble, install, and maintain data center equipment and inventory.
• Provide technical support and training to internal data center teams.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on-call.

Requirements

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and data center environments.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cramped or elevated spaces, including using ladders.
• Availability for a flexible 24/7 schedule, including a rotating on-call shift.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
