What you will do

• Document and standardize core GTM processes from lead to renewal and identify inefficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into system changes for Salesforce, CPQ, and integrations.
• Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and CPQ (Conga) to reduce system complexity.
• Improve data accuracy and governance for accounts, opportunities, and hierarchies.
• Create documentation and training materials to drive system adoption and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including forecasting, territory planning, and compensation changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems.
• Experience working with Salesforce (required).
• Experience with CPQ systems, preferably Conga.
• Proven ability to partner with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bellevue, WA office (Hybrid).
