Salary: $132,000 - $171,600

What you will do

• Plan and execute engineering efforts across the product life cycle, managing scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams, including staffing, performance assessments, and mentoring.
• Coordinate with customers, leadership, and supply chain to support technology transfer and production.
• Identify risks and develop integrated mitigation strategies.
• Develop metrics to report engineering progress toward milestones.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to shape solutions based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or MS in Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with DoD industry engineering processes, including Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Familiarity with weapon systems (missiles, munitions) across land, sea, and air domains.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (at least 30%).

Nice to have

• First-hand experience with U.S. Army or U.S. Marine Corp weapon systems and operations.
• Hands-on experience with full-rate production support, quality management, and obsolescence issues.
• Experience in engineering functional management, including recruiting and coaching.
