What you will do

  • Process bi-weekly US payroll and maintain professional master records.
  • Coordinate with payroll associates to ensure timely processing across various company entities.
  • Conduct audits of preliminary payroll reports before finalizing calculations.
  • Research tax inquiries, penalties, and overpayments for all domestic firms.
  • Collaborate with Statutory Accountants to create journal vouchers for payroll and tax entries.
  • Test payroll system updates and implement year-end tax processing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Payroll, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of General Ledger systems, payroll tax payments, and payroll processing.
  • Must be located in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Overland Park, KS, US.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
  • No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
  • Experience with expatriate and international payroll.
