What you will do

• Execute multi-jurisdictional US and Canadian payroll cycles with 100% accuracy.
• Prepare and file essential tax documentation including Form 941, W-2s, and T4s.
• Perform comprehensive payroll reconciliations and balance accounts.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and management compensation inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office, accounting, or payroll roles.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong understanding of mathematical and accounting procedures.
• Ability to manage multi-system data environments and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
