What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for hourly, salaried, and union employees.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, deposits, reconciliations, W-2s, and year-end reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop payroll team members.
• Lead payroll system enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed payroll reporting and compliance metrics for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including payroll tax administration.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• CPP or FPC certification.
