TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (SaaS): Providing operational management and support for sustainability programs across the Americas with an accent on account management and customer adoption. Focus on delivering platform demonstrations, data analysis, and coordinating between customers and internal departments to drive sustainability impact.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (8 days per month in office)

What you will do

  • Support Account Managers in implementing the hirify.global solution for customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations, deliver customer trainings, and prepare detailed data analysis reports.
  • Guide customer invitation of supplier rating assessments to drive product adoption and sustainability impact.
  • Maintain proactive customer relationships and resolve user issues to build advocacy within the customer organization.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams (CSR analysts, Product, Operations) to solve challenges.
  • Contribute to the standardization of internal CS processes and lead customer-focused projects.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in direct customer success or account management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work model (8 days per month in office).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analytical skills.
  • Formal education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business.
  • Ability to summarize data into insights and PPT presentations.

  • Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions.
  • Passion for sustainability.
