What you will do
- Lead the strategic integration of AI solutions into client workflows to ensure seamless adoption.
- Evangelize and enable end-users to adopt LLMs as essential daily tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for enterprise clients and leading law firms.
- Manage success metrics and KPIs to drive client satisfaction and demonstrate high ROI.
- Monitor customer health and engagement to ensure readiness for renewals and expansion.
- Relay client insights to internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Professional background in Enterprise SaaS, "Big Law", or top-tier management consulting.
- Direct experience managing large-scale technology projects.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills for stakeholder influence.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and demanding customer needs.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a team-first mentality.
- Based in Mexico
