What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution for the majority of use cases within strategic accounts.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans and accelerate use cases into production.
• Coordinate with Professional Services (PS) and internal Engineering teams for product innovations and upgrade needs.
• Develop and execute plans covering enablement, user growth, and the adoption of the Lakehouse vision.
• Report KPIs on usage, customer health, and investment status to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
