What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture for LLM-powered assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, RAG solutions, and AI-enabled applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architecture documents, diagrams, data flows, integration patterns, security models, and deployment designs.
• Architect GenAI solutions using ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI SDKs, MCP-based applications, Databricks, vector search, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Develop targeted proofs of concept and reference implementations to validate architecture decisions and reduce delivery risk.
• Define safeguards for prompt injection, data leakage, unauthorized retrieval, insecure tool execution, secrets exposure, and inappropriate model outputs.
• Guide engineering teams through implementation, deployment, monitoring, rollback, incident management, and operational handover.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, in computer science, information technology, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, system design, cloud architecture, or solution architecture, including 2+ years leading end-to-end technical design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering production GenAI applications, assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, or RAG solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI architecture, including model selection, prompt and context design, embeddings, vector and hybrid retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and cost optimization.
• Experience designing secure, scalable AWS solutions using Lambda, ECS on Fargate, EC2, IAM, VPC networking, API Gateway, event-driven integration, and cloud observability.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs, OAuth, role-based access control, secrets management, least privilege, architecture reviews, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI APIs and SDKs, MCP, ChatGPT Skills, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS AI services.
• Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, SQL Warehouses, semantic layers, or governed natural-language-to-SQL solutions.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, React, Next.js, API-driven user experiences, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with responsible AI, threat modeling, AI security, model governance, GxP, or computer-system validation.
• Relevant cloud, architecture, security, data, or AI certifications.
