What you will do

• Own the end-to-end case study production process, targeting 5+ stories per quarter across key verticals.
• Build and maintain a customer reference and advocacy database in collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product.
• Create customer narratives in various formats including video testimonials, blog features, and sales enablement assets.
• Identify vertical and solution-level patterns to develop targeted messaging for high-potential segments.
• Track and report on KPIs such as case studies published and win rate impact.
• Develop long-term relationships with customer champions to act as a trusted point of contact.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in customer or content marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven portfolio of published case studies and long-form content.
• Proven ability to conduct technical customer interviews and translate them into business narratives.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevTools, or AI/ML markets.
• Familiarity with GPU compute and inference workloads.
• Background in journalism, communications, or writing-intensive disciplines.
• Experience building customer advisory boards or directing testimonial shoots.
