Focus on designing repeatable GTM plays, creating co-branded content, and activating Salesforce CPQ displacement campaigns.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and operationalize the partner marketing strategy across SIs, ISVs, and referral partners.
  • Design and launch co-marketing programs and joint campaigns to drive real pipeline.
  • Activate referral partner motions involving PE, analysts, and consultants as a scalable pipeline source.
  • Build campaigns specifically targeting Salesforce CPQ displacement and enable SIs to position hirify.global in-market.
  • Develop partner-facing and co-branded content, including migration narratives and joint case studies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Content, and Product teams to align on pipeline and integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling partner/co-marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce ecosystems and working with ISVs and SIs.
  • Ability to convert partnerships into measurable pipeline rather than just brand awareness.
  • Comfort operating in zero-to-one environments where processes are not yet built.
  • Must be based in the USA.
