What you will do
- Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Support the Field Sales team by scheduling appointments with qualified prospects.
- Analyze data insights to optimize campaign performance and result accuracy.
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Proven track record of making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Must be based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
