Senior Product Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid working with work-from-home on Wednesdays and Fridays

What you will do

• Own product outcomes from problem discovery through post-launch measurement.
• Define and evolve product strategy using user insights, data, and business priorities.
• Drive prioritization and trade-offs across competing opportunities and system constraints.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction and execution plans.
• Align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes rather than feature delivery alone.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience.
• Strong product judgment, structured thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Data fluency and experience evaluating measurable product impact.
• Track record of delivering growth, engagement, efficiency, or revenue outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical fluency, including understanding system design constraints and working effectively with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience building data-driven products.
• Exposure to experimentation, growth, or lifecycle optimization.
• Experience working with diverse user groups or stakeholders.
