What you will do

• Own product outcomes from initial problem discovery through to post-launch impact.
• Define and evolve product strategy based on user insights, data, and business priorities.
• Drive prioritization and trade-offs across competing opportunities and constraints.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction and execution plans.
• Align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes rather than just feature delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product impact such as growth, engagement, or revenue.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to identify high-impact problems and define scalable solutions.
• Data fluency and experience using data to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Technical fluency to understand system design constraints and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within dynamic environments.
