Product Executive (Consumer Facing Product)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Maintain the product roadmap and align priorities with business goals.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into prioritized product problems and opportunities.
• Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and executable deliverables for engineering and design.
• Track product metrics, design and analyze A/B tests, and validate hypotheses before rollout.
• Develop seller tools and core features across Chợ Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, business, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Business, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technology to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance product features.
• Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products, marketplace products, or business tooling.
