Associate Product Manager (Monetization Manager) (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of game revenue strategies and monetization models.
• Analyze player behavior, game features, game modes, and performance data to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly KPI reports and product reviews.
• Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations across player segments.
• Support product vision, update scope, quarterly objectives, forecasting, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with production, design, development, marketing, live operations, data analysis, and economy design teams.

Requirements

• Associate-level experience or equivalent capability in product management, monetization, or game operations.
• Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to structure and evaluate A/B tests and translate findings into product recommendations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hanoi, Vietnam.
