Product Executive - Consumer Facing Product (AI): Leading end-to-end product development for consumer marketplace features and seller tools serving the Vietnam market with an accent on user research, product strategy, and data-driven experimentation. Focus on defining product roadmaps and requirements, analyzing A/B tests, integrating AI into workflows, and coordinating delivery across business, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite office role

What you will do
- Own product development from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Maintain the product roadmap and align priorities with business goals.
- Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and executable deliverables for engineering and design.
- Track product metrics and design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Develop seller tools and core features for Chợ Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt.
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business Analysis, and Product Analysis teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of product management experience.
- Ability to use AI tools and technology to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve product features.
- Strong critical thinking, business judgment, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, written and verbal.

- Experience with consumer or marketplace products and business tooling.
