Senior Product Manager - Data Platform

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office-based role

What you will do

• Own the data platform roadmap by consolidating competing requests from consuming teams into prioritized shared capabilities.
• Frame problems by investigating stakeholder requests, reproducing pain points, and defining precise outcomes for engineering.
• Design parameterization models for signals, weights, rules, and ranking strategies used by consuming teams.
• Partner with engineering on API contracts, real-time serving latency and throughput, and consistent feature pipelines across training and serving.
• Deliver self-service experimentation with A/B tests, holdouts, guardrail metrics, and configuration conflict resolution.
• Drive adoption, define platform success metrics, and build guardrails and observability for configuration drift, interacting factors, and cold-start risks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years as a technical or platform product manager.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with ML or data engineering teams and owning a platform, shared service, or internal API used by multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of recommendation, ranking, or personalization infrastructure, including feature stores, real-time and batch serving, and training-serving consistency.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B test design, guardrail metrics, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.
• Excellent English communication and fluent daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
