Product Manager (Monetization Manager)

What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of revenue strategies while balancing player engagement and monetization.
• Analyze features, game modes, player behavior, and performance data with the data analysis team.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly KPI reports and product reviews.
• Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations across player segments.
• Support product vision, annual direction, quarterly objectives, forecasting, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with production, design, development, marketing, live ops, data analysis, and economy design teams.

Requirements

• Associate-level experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Experience or capability in product performance analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work with KPIs, revenue targets, profitability targets, and monetization metrics.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional game production and monetization teams.
