What you will do

• Optimize Greenhouse ATS and Workday integrations to improve data integrity and recruiting efficiency.
• Implement AI-first workflows for candidate screening, scheduling, and reporting.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process and background checks for NA and EMEA candidates.
• Oversee the Employee Referral Program and manage relationships with external vendors and job boards.
• Document and refine recruiting workflows to ensure scalability as the business grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or a similar HR operations role.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse and Workday.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable hiring recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
• AI-first orientation with experience leveraging automation tools to solve operational problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
