• Define and track specific KPIs for technical success and develop actionable dashboards for leadership.
• Manage capacity and coverage strategies for the Technical Success team to align with business objectives.
• Partner with the data team to ensure data integrity and accuracy for revenue-generating reporting.
• Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional projects to identify trends and optimize operational gaps.
