What you will do

• Act as technical lead for tower access and safety systems, including ladders, lifts, platforms, and doors.
• Serve as the central interface between engineering, service, HSE, product safety, and sourcing.
• Represent the subsystem in interdisciplinary meetings for steel and hybrid towers.
• Present system status, risks, challenges, and open points in review and decision boards.
• Ensure consistent technical standards and system architectures across different tower concepts.
• Coordinate and maintain DFMEA within the system responsibility area.

Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering qualification.
• Several years of experience in mechanical component development or system responsibility, preferably related to towers.
• Solid knowledge of steel, sheet metal, or welded constructions.
• Experience in cross‑functional technical coordination and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with structured development processes and methodologies.
• Fluent English skills (German or Spanish are considered an advantage).
