Electrical Architect (Space Systems)

What you will do

• Lead the design of the satellite electrical architecture, including initial sizing, trade-offs, budgets, and EPS performance.
• Coordinate activities related to the power subsystem, harness, and electromagnetic compatibility.
• Ensure power and interface compatibility across payload, platform, and AIT interfaces.
• Coordinate specification reviews and support system-level design reviews.
• Define verification strategies, analyses, test cases, and subsystem-level verification control and test plans.
• Support and maintain the satellite power budget.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a compatible qualification.
• More than three years of professional experience in electrical systems engineering for space.
• Experience with electrical hardware projects in phases B, C, and D.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and work independently.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
