What you will do

• Take technical ownership of the Electrical Power Subsystem (EPS) across all project phases, from pre-development to in-orbit commissioning.
• Design, size, and optimize satellite power components including solar arrays, batteries, and PCDUs.
• Analyze system requirements and derive detailed subsystem-level specifications.
• Lead EPS-related design reviews and act as the design authority for customers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain EPS design, analysis, and verification documentation.
• Support verification and testing activities, including on-site test support.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or aerospace engineering (or comparable qualification).
• Experience in satellite Electrical Power Systems (Phase B/C/D) or electrical power equipment development is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently and within large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Flexible and willing to travel.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bremen or Weßling, Germany.
