What you will do

• Plan and coordinate team work processes and tasks in compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Ensure effective execution of AIT activities to support project success and risk mitigation.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, including evaluation and development of team members.
• Manage resource allocation, staffing needs, and recruitment in coordination with HR.
• Contribute technically to projects and support the bidding and proposal phase.
• Monitor industry trends and implement continuous process improvements within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in the space industry, preferably in satellite development.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Bremen, Germany.
