E-AIT Team Leader - Leads & Seniors (f/m/d) (Aerospace Assembly, Integration and Test): Planning, coordinating and executing team activities for satellite and other space projects with an accent on technical leadership, personnel allocation and project performance. Focus on leading and developing engineering teams, balancing staffing across projects, resolving complex integration issues and improving AIT processes.
Location: Bremen, Germany; hybrid work with mobile work abroad options

What you will do
- Plan and coordinate team workflows and AIT activities in compliance with regulations, company agreements and internal procedures.
- Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the team while ensuring effective staffing, onboarding and competency growth.
- Allocate qualified personnel and resources across projects, coordinating staffing needs with project managers and department leadership.
- Contribute technically to space projects and support bidding, proposal activities and work-package progress reviews.
- Monitor schedule, budget, quality, risk and team performance, initiating corrective actions when required.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve complex project issues and conflicts, transfer knowledge, and implement process and tool improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or systems engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and strong professional and methodological knowledge.
- Several years of experience in the space industry, preferably in satellite development.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop employees, with strong decision-making and delegation skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills, together with analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and assertiveness.
- Structured, organized and result-oriented approach with cost awareness, integrity and a strategic overview.
