What you will do

• Design reflector antenna systems and create comprehensive system specifications and documentation.
• Design, simulate, and build complex transmit and receive chains in laboratory environments.
• Coordinate with partner companies for component selection and the development of new technologies.
• Carry out commissioning and testing at the subsystem and system levels at various global locations.
• Supervise satellite tests, LEOP activities, and ground station evaluations.
• Manage system automation and electrical design/commissioning tasks in collaboration with specialist teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally specializing in communications or high-frequency engineering.
• Initial professional experience, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• Experience with high-frequency measurement technology.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for system commissioning, satellite tests, and ground station evaluations.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Matlab or Python.
• Ability to interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
• Knowledge of the German language.
