What you will do

• Lead a team of experts in the design, manufacturing, and testing of complex spacecraft.
• Act as the architect for mechanical, thermal, and propulsion subsystems.
• Manage interdisciplinary interfaces between subsystems and external stakeholders.
• Perform requirement flow-down and author subsystem specifications.
• Support project reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and QAR.
• Oversee cost and schedule control for assigned project segments.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in at least one technical domain (mechanical, thermal, or propulsion).
• Working level proficiency in English.
• Experience in systems engineering is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of satellite architectures.
• Ability to lead teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
