What you will do

• Lead a large team of experts to design, manufacture, and test complex spacecrafts.
• Act as the architect for mechanical design, structure analysis, thermal analysis, and propulsion subsystems.
• Manage complex interdisciplinary interfaces and perform requirement flow-down to subsystem specifications.
• Control costs and schedules while communicating directly with suppliers, project teams, and customers.
• Support supplier and system-level reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, QAR) in a leading role.
• Provide support during main project campaigns, including EVT, Launch, and LEOP.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of mandatory experience in at least one technical domain: mechanical design, structure analysis, thermal, or propulsion.
• Proven experience in systems engineering and deep knowledge of satellite architectures.
• Strong ability in team leadership, decision-making, and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Working level proficiency in written and spoken English.
