What you will do
- Consult with existing class-based customers to understand goals and recommend software solutions.
- Proactively initiate customer outreach across multiple channels including calls, emails, and demos.
- Build and execute a personal sales operating rhythm to exceed targets and reduce churn.
- Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations tied to specific business outcomes.
- Manage pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce to track progress and forecast results accurately.
- Stay current on product updates, partner offerings, and relevant industry trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional E2E sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills with the ability to guide customers through tradeoffs.
- Confident presentation skills and experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working under metrics and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and deals simultaneously.
