What you will do

  • Consult with existing class-based customers to understand goals and recommend software solutions.
  • Proactively initiate customer outreach across multiple channels including calls, emails, and demos.
  • Build and execute a personal sales operating rhythm to exceed targets and reduce churn.
  • Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations tied to specific business outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce to track progress and forecast results accurately.
  • Stay current on product updates, partner offerings, and relevant industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional E2E sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS role.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills with the ability to guide customers through tradeoffs.
  • Confident presentation skills and experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working under metrics and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and deals simultaneously.
