What you will do

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities using multiple outbound channels and strategies.
  • Conduct high-volume product demonstrations and discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales engineering, and channel managers, to drive business growth.
  • Respond to prospect briefs, including RFIs and RFPs, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and track all activities within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven success in target-driven new business sales roles with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling digital technology/SaaS solutions (e.g., MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or eCommerce platforms).
  • Native-level Japanese and conversational English speaking abilities.
  • Strong phone sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply a consultative approach to understand prospect challenges and recognize buying signals.
