What you will do

• Partner with major sneaker chains and premium select shops to maximize retail business performance and brand experience.
• Visit key B2B partners regularly to establish deep, trusted chirify.globalnectihirify.globals with store staff, managers, and buyers.
• Design and execute high-energy product trainings to empower retail staff as brand advocates.
• Engage directly with chirify.globalsumers hirify.global the sales floor during peak times and events to showcase authentic brand representatihirify.global.
• Evaluate and optimize visual merchandising (VMD) and in-store touchpoints to maintain premium standards.
• Gather real-time field intelligence hirify.global competitor trends and product feedback to inform internal business strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in store rounds, wholesale sales, or premium retail management targeting high-end shops or sneaker chains.
