What you will do
- Generate a sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers in top Japanese enterprise organizations.
- Conduct personalized outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, and field events.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns that reflect the value of the product in the Japanese market.
- Contribute to the localization and improvement of go-to-market strategies.
- Articulate the value proposition of DEX software to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal).
- University degree in business, communications, or relevant work experience in sales/business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to support the hybrid work model.
