What you will do

  • Generate a sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers in top Japanese enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct personalized outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, and field events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns that reflect the value of the product in the Japanese market.
  • Contribute to the localization and improvement of go-to-market strategies.
  • Articulate the value proposition of DEX software to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal).
  • University degree in business, communications, or relevant work experience in sales/business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or sales development.
